SHIVAM CHEMICALS PVT LTD has placed an order for the supply of a last generation hydration plant featuring the 6-shaft hydrator CIM-HYDRAX-4G equipped with the CIM-ZEROPOLL bag filter and n.2 H-efficiency CIM-MICROSEP separators.
The oxide processing plant is designed to produce 15 tph hydrated lime for various applications in chemical field, environmental field etc.
The two sequential separation circuits give a remarkable production flexibility with the simultaneous production of a 1st grade with higher Ca(OH)2 content and of a 2nd grade called “building grade”.
Sourcing entire set of equipment on the Indian market from referenced workshops and vendors – selected and validated by a dedicated Quality Assurance Team duly supported by the Mother Company – has given an essential contribution in this direction.
