After the supply in 2009 of no. 2 lime kilns model Vanguard 12, converted in 2012 into a dual fired LDO+mixed gas system, JINDAL STEEL & POWER has rewarded Cimprogetti’s world-class technology with a further order of two kilns Flex Reversy® 15 kilns, each with a capacity of 600 t/day, to integrate the 6 MTPA Steel Plant at Angul, Odisha. The kilns are 100% designed by our technical department in Dalmine, Italy, while part of the equipment is purchased on the Indian market and assembled by Cimprogetti of India Pvt. Ltd. based in New Delhi. A bespoke high quality and price effective solution to guarantee the lime production process safety. In addition, to adhere to the most stringent safety standard, Cimprogetti apply a consolidated Quality Management System that provides for material testing and inspection, and the supervision of the whole plant through the innovative automation and process control system specially developed by Cimprogetti for the LIME industry.
